Of course, we understand that sometimes things just don't fit right or the look you were after didn't quite work out the way you wanted. That's OK, because you have 7 days from receipt of the item to initiate a request for refund, exchange, or store credit, as outlined in our refund policy.

All Tripoli products are made when an order is placed (on demand production). This helps us reduce the significant waste associated with overproduction and fast fashion. This approach results in a slightly longer processing time than you may be used to with other merchants that don't share a similar value. 

All orders are typically processed immediately upon checkout, but may take 1-2 business days in unforeseen circumstances. Production and fulfillment times will vary depending on design and product availability, and is typically completed within 2-5 business days. You should receive a notification email when your order has shipped. The average delivery estimate for all products is 10-13 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), which may vary depending on order volumes, delivery/postal service issues, or other factors outside of our control.
